Empowering Arab Talent & Building the Future of Work
Nermine El Nemr is the Founder & CEO of Elharefa, a digital community and marketplace connecting over 50,000 skilled Arab professionals across tech, software development, graphic design, digital marketing, and media production with regional and international clients.
After a 13-year foundation in marketing, market research, and public relations across multinational organizations, she identified a critical void in the Arab world for a centralized freelance and remote-work ecosystem and built it.
Today, Elharefa operates across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Jordan driving financial inclusion, secure payments, and remote-work opportunities for university students, women working from home, and freelancers.
